Reason:I called the following contact number for query regarding Account opening twice:
( +[protected] around 5:30pm of 29th november.No satisfying response to it has been received to it yet. Because of this, i do not wish to continue with account opening process.(Documents have not been submitted ) .But some fees paid.
As per your policy on https://zerodha
refer "Refund & cancellation policy" point 3,
"In case your account has not been opened, your refund will be initated by us within 7 business days of receiving the refund request. "
I request my refund to which i am legally entitled, through this forum.

Reason for making complaint here :
I tried to open a ticket at " http://support.zerodha
.com/open.php " .But by account is not opened .So i dont have my client id. Hence could not open ticket.

.com is only for queries, but this is a complaint.
Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
