Zerodha — cheated in account opening | |||
Zerodha has cheated us in account opening. They took account opening fees before taking documents. And after that they said documents are not proper and hence account cant be opened without submission of additional documents. Now they are not refunding my fees and support people / sales person (Mr hrishikesh shedge) is not even taking my calls. I am in process of submitting complaint on consumer forum. They have taken my money and not provided any service. If my documents were not eligible for account opening they should not have taken fees. Please do not open account with zerodha. If you want discount brokrage go with upstox.. Very good service and ethical people. Was this information helpful? | |||

Customer support is not responding to call.
Even raised the Ticket, but no update.
