[Resolved] Zerodha — Denying payment made through online

Hello friends

I have opened and trading account with the above company there was cordinater Pooja Banerjee and Mr Asaif HUSSAIN .

Once i made the account opening charges through the link they provided in my mail id and the amount was debited THEY REFUSED to give receipt for the same. they denied that they have received any payment form me in-spite i provide then my bank statement and reference number that the bank gave me.

Dear friends i just want to share my experience so that you all think twice before making payment to such fraud companies.

Zerodha Customer Care's response Hi Vishal. We are sorry about the inconvenience caused to you. As the email ID used to make the payment was different from the one registered with us, the payment was not traceable. The same has been updated now.
