[Resolved]  Zerodha — I'm complaining about client id and password not yet generated

I have applied online for zerodha id with the name of bhagyashri deoghare on 24 th august, 2018. But till date we have not received client id and password. We have already sent poa at your registered address banglore. We are very much dissatisfied with your service. We would not recommend to anyone about your company. Hoping for the positive response from your side as soon as possible.

I'm very frustrated because of your unprofessional behavior. You said that "your team will get in touch with me shortly". So plz tell me how many days you taken for that. otherwise you return my money when I paid for account.

Zerodha are fooling the clients and not even responding to mails.
Almost 2 months has passed however they are enable to generate ID and password contrary to this other brokers do so within 2 days.
It Seems very frustrating and unethical on part of Zerodha

I have submitted the documents for opening new Demat account with Zeroda on 30th August. Till date the account was not opened due to the sales officer was not mentioned my email address (informed by Vashi Navi Mumbai branch). I spoke to the sales officer from bangalore also. But still account is not opened. Please guide me on this.
