Hi,
28 of march i did a transfer of 75000rs from my bank account to zerodha trading account.
The amount is deducted from my bank account but it's was not credited to zerodha. (ZR0684).
Then I checked with relation ship manager, he is idiot don't know any thing then he simply told to me its problem of bank.
Then I checked with bank with in 1.5 days I got reply from them the about is successfully transferred to beneficiary.
Then I send couple of mails to funds and I got reply it will credit for today's trading section.
But still now any amount is not credited to my account.
Again I send a mail, discussed with Asif Hussain ( worst relation ship manager ever i seen with default dialogues ) and also called customer care. But no of them are not given any ideas, all of them saying send mail to funds.
I don't know what is going over there. Really got irritated with zerodha services. Since one week the amount is not reflected in my account.
As zerodha required daily follow ups for the same issues???.. this is the kind of services you are offering to customers? Really feel bad about that. Now i am seriously thinking to close account with zerodha.
