Zerodha — loss due to technical problem in zerodha server on 12/04/2018 | |||||
Dear sir, My client id. Is zt6069. On 12/04/2018, i bought call option of bank nifty 25300 at rs 3.90, 6 lots. As the market was trending upwards, i decided to exit my order @ rs. 12. I tried many times to sell the order, order did not get executed. It showed an error message saying "server not ready". When server problem resumed, that time the price was at rs 2.00. I sold it on rs 4.5 resulted in an loss of rs. 1900. I have spoken to one of zerodha representatives who informed me that there was a technical issue and orders were not getting executed and they told me that we are going to consider your losses. I request you to credit the brokerage and loss of rs 1900 into my demat account. Please do needful. Look forward to your reply Regards, Rajesh bulbule. I lost 2 Lakhs on that day due to Zerodha Technical Glitch and they responded saying they cant do anything about it as it was a Line failure and i lost all my money
