[Resolved] Zerodha — Monay transferred to zerodha but not reflecting in Zerodha fund Balance. | |||
Rs.75k Money transferred through UPI to zerodha account but not reflecting in fund balance. The support call person had no information other than the information I provided. Replied saying we will get back. No proper response other than to wait. Also created a ticket with supporting documents. Received automated reply. Loggin in for Zerodha attention through this. It is not early to call for poor service atleast for traders. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jul 5, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Support call from banker was helpful in solving the problem. banker was well informed to support. Money credited back to A/c. Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
