I submitted my trading account application 20 days back, after the initial raise of the issue that the passbook pic was not clear, I reuploaded them. Each day am calling them but, an interesting fact only those who are existing customer can get in contact with sales executives.
The executive does not pick up calls or reply over email. I used my friend's customer support number to talk to the sales executive and was informed that the application was not even sent for evaluation and is been kept in their system. Even it has been more than 4 days since then and no sign of login to be shared
