[Resolved] Zerodha — non execution of order | |||
Zerodha cant exucute order at time 3.15 after that they squre off order and apply charges of call and trade service. Customer support experience is so bad. Very bad experience and service is so wrost. Also economicaly not good we paid the money for best service as they says but they cant do real their commitment so i requested to zerodha please don't take thus type of charges because it's ur problem not ur because not execute of order is not my problem i take right time to exit my position but technical issue it's ur problem we paid money for best service not to wrost and frustration. Why zerodha facing these many bugs and technical problem many times i read news and opinion against zerodha Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Dec 19, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Raghu, We have no issues with order execution at around 3.15 PM. We encourage people to square off their positions before 3.20 PM as our auto- square off gets a higher load due to this. The call and trade charges are charged to disincentivize traders from letting their position to go auto- square off queue rather than to monetize out of it.
