[Resolved] Zerodha — poa document sent but not update in zerodha even after a week | |
Poa document (Via dtdc h[protected] sent and delivered to zerodha on 10-oct. Till on 17-oct the poa document is not updated in my account by zerodha. I am keep reaching to zerodha support team last 4 days but no progress is happening. Support team provided the sale manager number who's number not working and no call back from him as well. I have invested on stock and unable to place sell order for the past one week. Stock price are in good hike and unable to gain the profit. Even support request#[protected] is raised on 15-oct and no action taken on the request. Escalated the issue to [protected]@zerodha.com, [protected]@zerodha.com, [protected]@zerodha.com, but no response received from any of them.
