Iam seriously shocked the way the zerodah support team are behaving on my poa forms status. As per my courier service provider the forms were delivered on 16th oct2019. I was updating the sales executive assigned to my account. And even after i wasn't able to sell my shares i gave to customer service. I was simply shocked by their response saying that they haven't the courier itself.. I feel completely disrespected by these guys. Then don't know even what is customer service. They wasted the 2days and now they are saying it will take another 2 days once they find the courier... Where every second is very valuable in this stocks business they have wasted my 2 days and now they want another 2 days.. Its seriously a # thing from them. My poa forms is been hanging from 25days now because of their poor response. 1st they rejected my form saying that the last letter in my signature was not matching.. Looks like we need to keep a stamped signature so that they wil not find any minute difference also.. After lot of trouble making they approved my forms and sent the courier and now they are simply saying they haven't received the courier.. Now i don't know where to go and what to do... I have invested alot of money and i'm in good profit now which i can take..
