[Resolved] Zerodha — poa getting rejected deliberately | |
I have sent the POA two times. Being a working professional it is not easy to post POA every time it is getting rejected for silly reasons. I was in contact of your sales executive Ms. Parul Samadhiya. When first time POA got rejected, she told the POA has got rejected because sign not matching properly ( I am human being not a computer). Second time my address is found incorrect. She didn't even gave me clear instruction in written or oral. Neither her behavior have a helping attitude. I request zerodha (whom so ever it may concern), please resolve the issue and do the needful. I am unable to send POA again, otherwise please close my account.
