[Resolved]  Zerodha — refund of account opening charges

I paid rs.200 for opening an account with zerodha. However i do not wish to continue it further. I request a full refund for the amount that i paid on 21st december 2019. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com. I hope my issue is resolved as soon as possible. I tried contacting the support of zerodha but to no avail. No one answered my mails or my calls.

Account opening charges are not refundable as a matter of company policy. We request you to complete the account opening process and try out our products. Our sales managers will reach out to help with all your queries and help you with the process.
