Zerodha — regarding zerodha ticket#[protected] | |||||
Hello Team, I have been following on above mentioned ticket since last 10 days, and called zerodha customer care n no of times but there is unprofessional response from Zerodha end just to add feature to trade on Zerodha CDSL Demat account. Not sure what the hell whole team is doing in order to provide just a CDSL form. There are certain positions. looking to capture in equity. Is there any possibilities to send some one with CDSL demat form at the earliest to collect from my place, as your team is not ready to help in proper info to download the pre filled form from q.zerodha. I submit all forms and i am getting "Your account will be activated in 24-48 hours. Once it is ready, we will e-mail you." from last 6 days. I called Bangalore who contact me. But they are not responding properly.
