Hi team,

This is to inform you that i have sent all my documents and paid 300 rs. Fee to open an account.
However as per new company policies i or my dependents are not allowed to trade. So requesting you to send my all documents.

I have requested rahul vishwanathan. He is neither responding nor helping.

Kindly provide a good co-ordinator. Looking forward for prompt action and support.

Updated by Shailesh Bajaj I do not see any further updates from company ends. Neither they have transferred money nor returning documents. Highlighted to company CEO.

Also someone tried to login in my account.

Zerodha Customer Care's response Shailesh, your account couldn't be opened due to invalid bank proof submitted. As a policy, we do not refund the account opening charges. We have taken your case as an exception and already initiated the refund of the charges and you must have already got the credit of the same.

My zerodha demate account MV4380 in debited 283 due to call and trade and net settlement for eqiity. I don't know why you are cut amount in demate account kindly refund money as soon as possible.and ensure that don't cut such type money.
