Hi team, This is to inform you that i have sent all my documents and paid 300 rs. Fee to open an account. However as per new company policies i or my dependents are not allowed to trade. So requesting you to send my all documents. I have requested rahul vishwanathan. He is neither responding nor helping. Kindly provide a good co-ordinator. Jan 20, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Dec 18, 2018 Zerodha Customer Care's response Shailesh, your account couldn't be opened due to invalid bank proof submitted. As a policy, we do not refund the account opening charges. We have taken your case as an exception and already initiated the refund of the charges and you must have already got the credit of the same.
