[Resolved]  Zerodha — Unable to transfer money to trading account

Today 3rd April 2017. I have been trying to add money to my trading account to average out my trade. I started from 9AM and it's been more than two hour still unable to transfer. Sometime transfer sometime I get 900 error. I have also tried their customer service number first of all it goes busy and if by any chance you are connected no one picks. PLEASE TELL ME WHOLE WILL COMPENSATE MY TRADE ON WHICH I CAN RECOVER MY LOSSES. THIS IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING.

Zerodha Customer Care's response Providing you with a seamless trading experience is what drives us as a business. We made some changes to out portals and these changes conflicted with some ISPs. This being the case, it took some time for us to coordinate with multiple internet service providers and have this fixed. The inconvenience is regretted.
