Have paid 300/- on 12th of march but the account is not yet opened. I've raised multiple tickets, i've called the customer care and they said even we're waiting for the response from the backend team. Each and every day i'm staring at my mail to get the confirmation. Not able to talk to customer care. Nobody taking responsibility to open my account. Please open my account immediately or initiate refund.
