My CIBIL shows duplicate loans with same amount

Address:ZestMoney (Camden Town Technologies Pvt Ltd), Ground & Third Floor, Indiqube Celestia, Site No. 19 & 20, Koramangala 1A Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru

I took a loan from Zestmoney back in 2017/2018, loan id: BUGW957256. I didnot know that my last 2 Emis did not go through so their team reachout to me in November 2021 and asked me to clear my balance (after adding all late fees and interest charges) became: Rs6, 403 which I paid on Nov 2nd, 2021. After clearing balance they sent me a No Due certificate email.

After sometime when I checked my CIBIL it had been badly hit because...

Maine Loan Ke Liye Apply kiya 50, 000 ka usko active kar diya or Account me paisa diya hi nahi to Kyon Instant Loan Likhte hai

Or Ab Bol rahe hai ki loan Cancel nahi ho sakta hai
Jarurat thi isiliye to apply kiya tha instant loan taki kam ho sake
Ab kam nahi cancel karna chahta hoon to wo kar nahi raha hai...

    This is to inform you that I have placed an order for the ASUS VIVOBOOK 15. But the order is in pending status for the last 24 hour and my money is also deducted from my zest money.       Never ever use ZestMoney if you don't want your CIBIL score to go down. I paid all my bills before time, I was one of the highest users of ZestMoney but now when I checked my CIBIL report, ZestMoney has messed it up all for me. It is showing an overdue balance and impacting my CIBIL. These guys messed up my CIBIL big time. IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE USING ZEST MONEY IN THE FIRST PLACE. Pathetic service and messed up Customer care.
      I am doing back n forth for the last one month but these people have pathetic customer service and are not able to do anything in CIBIL that they have messed up in the first place.
      Zestmoney-you should be ashamed of yourself.

        Hi I am using zest money from last 3-4 years.
        Bt from last 1 year they are playing game with customers.

        They freezes my credit limit approx 8months ago and on asking the reason they only tell that it is temporary...and it will unfreez as soon as possible.

        Bt it's been 8months now ...they keep saying the same words that is as soon as possible...

        And on requesting them to transfer call to seniors than also they are not allowing me to talk to seniors...only saying is senior is busy in other calls...

        And from last 8months they are not even clearing me the reason...only saying that it is temporary...don't know why they are doing this to us...

        I am afraid that they will do scam with our doc's and bank account...

        Kindly solve the issue please.

          As i was travelling i couldn't pay the emi as my phone was stolen i bad to block my accounts And i have All valid tickets and receipts i mailed zest money support. but there was no adequate response from their side below is the mail. the auto debit couldn't take place because as i had blocked my transactions but i got a unecessary lien on my account and heavy charges late fees
          I request you to waive off the late fees off my account as i couldn't pay it as my phone was stolen during my travel to South Africa on 22 june and i didn't have access to my account. I cannot pay the late fees. As it is too much and unnecessary. Requesting you to kindly revert back.

            Sir i have take loan from ZestMoney (loan id 741B6DB63712) for buying Apple Iphone 11 on 5 August 2022 at 5.24Am and Flipkart order id is OD[protected] and according to ZestMoney my order id is PZT[protected]F1DHI01, sir my loan has been sanctioned by ZestMoney and my emi is started but my product is in pending state and it is showing that your bank has not paid the money to the seller. sir there is no cancel option on Flipkart so that i can cancel my order and i am worrying that my whole money is gone which Rs29, 628. sir please help me out in recovering my money or atleast they process my order.

                I had done transaction on reliance digital and paid my order by using zest money for which I had to get 10% cashback after 3 successful emi payment and after payment of emi i didn't get any cashback for that transaction i tried to contact customer service and no response from your end

                After Iogin to zest money after couple of days after, my details and profile details vanished, asking promt to enter the pan card, but when I enter my pan card number, it says pan car registered with other account, I am surprised l, account email and registered mobile number same though getting wired error, there for looks like misusing personal confidecial details

                Worst part of customer care service. Mailed me, mentioned different...

                Hi,

                I have opted emi to buy a phone LOAN ID, my due date was 5th of every month but i was paying before my due date and it was settled and cleared my emi amount on regular basis but from zest money made a wrong update on my ciibil which i not paid RS 17/- which made my cibil impact i wanted them to correct the issue in my cibil nd no response from the zestmoney team even after sending multiple emails and not helping from customer care team. attaching the refence screenshot.

                    I have paid all loan in zest money in January this year but they are asking me that I have paid the loan but I have to pay money for improving credit score which no one can do..they are calling everyday to for me pay for cibil score I have call recordings and call logs

                      I have booked flight ticket on yatra and paid through zest by opting EMI option for 3 month. I have to cancel my flight and Yatra refunded back the amount to zest on 13th July, 2022.

                      As per Zest they have received the refund and facing technical issue due to which amount is not reflecting in my account.

                      It's been more than 20 days neither zest is able to resolve the issue nor they are refunding back my amount.

                      Finally I had to pay last EMI of my cancelled loan to maintain my credit history and cibil.

                      Please help me to receive back my both the refunds.

                              I was browsing through ZestMoney application and with one click the loan of Rs 112000 was process on[protected] and when I requested customer care to cancel they refused to cancel. They informed pre close the loan one I received the amount. My bank account which was on file was closed and I gave them statement for another bank account which was updated, however, the amount is still not disbursed after more than 15days and the loan is still active.

                              They have cancelled my loan and resolved the issue once I have raised this complaint. Previously they informed there os no option to close the loan and now when complain was raised they close the loan and sent me the confirmation mail.

                              After giving the correct bank details they are asking me to contact bank to check for the issue. I using the account on daily basis and they are saying issue is from bank. Also they are not even checking the documents correctly to verify the details

                              Similar issue has happened with me for Rs. 25000, the bank account on ZestMoney file is inactive and they are showing that the disbursal is complete.
