[Resolved]  Zestmoney — cancel request

Hi, i requested zestmoney for cancelation of my loan (Voucher). I haven't purchased any item. Instead of canceling loan zest is forcing me to accept the loan and pay emi amount. I haven't buyed any goods. I request you to solve my problem. I will be happy if my issue is resolved. I want to delete my account in zest money. I am trying to delete the account but it is not possible. Thank you.
