[Resolved] Zestmoney — cancellation of vouchers | |||
I have bought the flipkart voucher cards (Gift card no: [protected] and [protected]) from zestmoney worth rs. 16000 but now i want to cancel these voucher cards because i don't want to purchase any product from flipkart. I raised the request to zestmoney for cancellation of vouchers but they are not responding back, even they have not provided any option to cancel the vouchers on their web portal. I contacted flipkart to cancel the vouchers but they are not accepting my query saying that i have not purchased gift cards from flipkart. Somehow i want to cancel the vouchers, please help me! Verified Support Aug 15, 2018 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Pravin Murkute, We value your relationship with ZestMoney. Voucher cancellation is subjected to the Merchants approval. As an exception, we have taken the request for cancellation of your Loan id 9DC75C5E40D0. We will forward your request and inform you the status of cancellation once we receive an update from Flipkart. Post confirmation from the Merchant the loan will be canceled which takes around 5 - 10 business days. Please do not redeem the voucher while the cancellation is in process. Once the voucher is redeemed it will not be canceled. You can reach our customer support on [protected] from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM to 8 PM.
