[Resolved] Zestmoney — cancelled loan | |||
Zest money has fraudulently imposing emi on me even without buying anything from any merchant. I just want to cancel the voucher and don't want to pay emi without even buying anything. Atleast wait for the transaction they have clearly miss leading customer's with false faqs that guarantee that emi application will be closed but when we tried to do the same they won't allow, can anyone help me in this and what step can i take to end this traumatising episode. We've have taken your cancellation request for the Flipkart loan you applied for, the cancellation will take 10 working days to be processed by the merchant. Please note that the cancellation will only be processed if you have not redeemed the voucher code. Once the cancellation is processed you will receive a confirmation via SMS and email.
