[Resolved] Zestmoney — CIBIL report inaccuracy | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am forced to come here to raise a concern about how unprofessionally the Zestmoney team dealt it is still dealing with my CIBIL issue caused by them. Please be advised that this issue is with my account since more than year, all I get is “we are sorry for the inconvenience, please send us the latest CIBIL report”. Okay, I sent them several times. Whenever I ask for an update, here they are again asking for a new report and asking me to wait for 30-40 working days for the CIBIL to get updated. I have given you more than enough time, earlier the issue was on delayed payments which is your system issue never my delay in making payments. Now 3 months ago, to add to those; I have a different person’s account details and his loans added to my CIBIL. This is absurd, first of all you put me in a place where other lenders refuse to give me any sort of loans, now it is as if you are giving me an add on to it! It seems they are doing this to everyone. I came to post my own complaint about the same issue and I I found several others. I've been begging them to fix the issue from last 3 months, but the only thing I got them from are "apology templates" and "we are escalted the issue" templates. Pathetic customer support. They are ruining my credit report since Dec-2019. It was 780+ In december and they managed to drag it down to 630~. I regret taking a loan from ZestMoney.
