[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Credit limit is active but I am unable to use my credit limit.

I am using Zestmoney for 1 years. I have already paid the money closed my emi. After that my credit limit is shown as 62000 but now I am unable to use credit limit to purchase through any method. I have called so many times they were saying they can't do anything that is technical problem it will solve automatically and they said it will take upto 90 and above. And also they told me to email the screen recording and I have already sent the problem. Till now they don't even reply on the email. I am unable to know how and when I can access my credit limit. Worst experience ever.
