On 5/12/22 2 EMIs from zestmoney was scheduled on my account
For which 1 EMI ([protected]B1) was deducted successfully
And for second EMI (2CBB71CB7D36) an processing fee of ₹800 was deducted and ₹366.89 for some unknown reason was deducted and EMI amount was not debited.
In app when I tried paying it was showing autopay in process.
But now an late fee of Rs. 250 is charged which i am not liable to pay as i was having more than sufficient balance from 4/12 till date i.e. 11/12/22 .
Below I've attached Bank Statement from 4/12 to 11/12/22 In PDF.
Further, Zestmoney Said pay the due with late fee then late fee would be reversed as screenshot attached.
Now yesterday got mail and Zestmoney money is declining to give late fee waiver. And giving reason as per new RBI guidelines we are not able to waive the fee. I asked for Zestmoney to show me the guidelines saying late fee applied due to lenders fault cannot be reversed. But they failed as there is no guidelines like this..

Shame on Zestmoney, how down can a company go for ₹250..
