[Resolved]  Zestmoney — I am complaining about the fraud and mental harassment

This side from toton paul from gurgaon.. I have a loan from zest money.. Which 1st emi was 5238/- and the due date was 7 th of april. I manually paid the amount on 6th april but still on 7th april the same amount has been auto debited. From then i have called atleast 20-30 times and everyone i called them they assured me that the money will be credited within 4-7 working days.. But still i didn't receive the amount. The account statement shows the proof of the debited money and there it was showing that the emi amount has been adjusted. But costumer care representative assured me that the money will be refund within 4-7 days. This is a type of mental harassment for me. Want a strict action against zest money.

As per our system, the amount debited on 6th April 2020 has been updated in the system.

As per the screenshot shared by you; the amount debited on 7th April has been credited back. If there is still a discrepancy, we request you to share your latest 2 months bank statements.

Do you know the basic difference of adjusted and refunded ? I am attaching the screenshot of my account statement of last 2 months.. please have a look if you get time sir... And I will lodge another complain of fraud and mental harrasment against you at consumer court.
