Zestmoney — Incorrect details on EQUIFAX credit report. Purely negligence even after multiple follow ups.
Few loans which were closed 3 years back. Zestmoney failed to report this to credit agency EQUIFAX. These loans are still showing as active & write-off. I have been reaching out Zestmoney for these corrections. It's already been more than 6 months, but I do not see any progress, moreover I can see their negligence in handling these sort of requests. I tried reaching their grievance department & higher management of Zestmoney. All of them are behaving in the same way. Zestmoney doesn't even have any proper ethics.
Because of this delay one of My emergency (loan got rejected) & I have been suffering mentally. Zestmoney is harassing Me without updating the EQUIFAX report. I need proper justice regarding this pressure I had & having because of Zestmoney.
