[Resolved] Zestmoney — Laone Account settled 3 Months ago but still receiving call from Zestmoney collection

Hi,

My Zest Money loan account AC : JCNU721878 is settled on 12 Nov 2020 after full payment. I have the closure confirmation mail too.
Even after mailing multiple times that my zest account is closed and even informing them over phone calls still i am getting regular calls from Zestmoney they are harrasing me

Updated by RM22091991 While mail they always confirmed that your account is closed we have updated your cibil and you will no receive any further calls from us but on the other hand they still calls for collection.
They have not updated the cibil as well
