[Resolved] Zestmoney — loan approved but not credited | |||
I had applied for rs 32000 loan due to some emergency and it was approved next day on 19 th aug 2019. Loan order no. Order id: e2b8fd214bb4, i got as message of approval in two hours and emi tab is also showing the same. Since then its been 4 days i have been tried to following up on daily for loan disbursement. Contact numbers are not working i am in urgent need, i want a final solution for this. My emi and interest has started 4 days back but loan has not even been disbursed. Do the needful. I had taken an educational loan from Zest in december 2018. i repaid same in april 2019. but still in august 2019 it is showing active. this has affected my crisil score and banks are not offering me the loan as well as the credit cards. this has given me a loss finanically.
