From Anuraj r Respected sir, I have applied voucher cancellation request last 10days. My vouchers is not cancelled yet even i have not positive response your zest money team. Every executive told me that my request is under process. But nobody provide me proper status of my request. They told me that my request will completed with in 5 working days. But here more 10 days is going.. Please solve my problem on urgent basis... Verified Support Oct 17, 2019 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Anuraj, We will forward the request to Flipkart and once we receive the confirmation of cancellation from the merchant, we will be able to close the loan. Please note the cancellation will take 5-10 days as this is a active loan and voucher code. Also, the voucher should not be redeemed for successful cancellation.
