[Resolved] Zestmoney — Loan Paid yet shows due, following up since 15 Jan 21, wrong information provided to CIBIL - loan ID: PPCN331165 | |
I contacted Zest money customer support team in Jan 21 for some overdue payment for a very old loan which i was unaware that it was due. I made the outstand payment of INR 1315 and share the snapshot of the same with the executive. I requested them to share the NOC as there was an incorrect and dual entry of the loan in my CIBIL which was impact my home loan processing. The executive said that once the balance amount is received the loan will be auto closed and and i will be provided with the NOC. I have followed up on mail and phone multiple times yet no person in your team has helped. In fact now from last 15-20 days there is no response from any one in the team. I have followed your escalation matrix and sent mails to Bhavya and also the nodal officer still no response. I am being harassed here and suffering at the hands of your organization Was this information helpful? | |
