[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Multiple ecs returns

I have zest money using more than six months, first three months working fine after I am facing ecs related issues last two months.amount detected from my a/c more than 5000 rupees. I have paid last emi June 6th and I got two ecs returns charges June 5 of rs 1500 something and June 6th 2900 something and last month 1500 something. I got some amount to my account for emergency purpose now that money has deducted for ecs return.customer care not responding properly and mail also. Still not getting resolution from zest money and iam the sales person in retail as sales person not suggest to customer buying products using zest money. It's is a worst compare to other finance.other finance ecs charge is low comparing zest money. I want my refund for second ecs return amount because this amount received for emergency purpose.
