[Resolved]  Zestmoney — Ontime payments still they mentioned in my cibil late payments

I have taken loan from zest money to pay back in 3emis .I have paid everything on time.i closed my loan on 5April 2022.But suddenly my cibil score decreased because their partner company mentioned that I need to pay outstanding amount.I immediately contacted zest money they told me everything is clear we will talk to iifl on 30th May they have taken complaint they told me they will resolve the issue the is 5 to 7 working days till now it has been more than 26days still they are not responding.Whenever I call customer they will say it will take some time same answer from last 26days.It has been some internal fraud is going between zest money and their partner company iifl.So I advice you don't take loans from fraud companies.In between I contacted customer care more than 30 times no response.
