[Resolved] Zestmoney — paid ecs return charges due to auto debit request from wrong bank account | |||
I had availed my first ever loan for iphone from zestmoney and for the same i had submitted nach mandate form of my indusind bank account. Everything went well and i paid off the loan on time. But problem started when zestmoney gane me credit limit and asked again for nach mandate and this time i had given mandate of my icici bank account. When i availed my limit then for re-payment, auto debit request was made to my indusind account (Previous mandate) and hence, i had to pay ecs return charges. This started in june 2019 and they were continuously doing this. After paying ecs return charges i contacted bank and zestmoney (31st july - via email) both and my bank provided me proof of zestmoney (Camden town technologies) auto debit request and then i communicated with zestmoney for appropriate action but finally they denied refund even after accepting their fault. Now i am asking them to compensate my ecs return charges by paying off two small loan amounting 4100 approx. But they are refusing. How can we report their bad practices to nbfc regulatory authorities? Was this information helpful? | |||

All my payments were done on time but there shows some delayed payment on the month of May 19 which has resulted in a drop in my CIBIL Score. There was no delayed payment from my side please fix this issue.
My CIBIL has gone below 750 and this is bad because there was never a missed payment.
