[Resolved] Zestmoney — personal application suddenly gone | |
Hello zestmoney, till today i am a happy zest money user for the past 8-9 months with good timely repayment record. Last month... I received an sms stating "as a privileged user, you have been pre-approved for an instant loan of 31000." & with a link to apply. I clicked that link and my profile section was added with a personal loan tab with the limit of 31000. There is only one emi tenure option available... At that time, i was thinking whether its the right time for confirming emi application! Then i decided, to confirm the loan application on march 1st. Because i have some commitments at that time. I got a new job and was in a preparation to move to that place, considering this loan. I am all set to move, and today i logged in to my account to avail the loan. But i am so shocked, the personal loan tab in my profile section was unavailable. I don't know how to react!! And i am really fed up with this... My future relies on this, i am all set to move but suddenly this option gets removed without any prior notice. There is no last date mentioned for applying, if so... I would have availed at that time itself. Even a few days back i got a call from zest money asking "sir, you have a pending loan application (#1c45d3cc5654) available... Do you need this?" i clearly told them i really need this loan and i planned to avail it on march 1. They even said okay. But now, there is no option available and i am really suffering a lot because of false commitment!! Even the link in the sms was also not working now... I don't know what to do! My future is ruined. Verified Support Feb 22, 2019 ZestMoney Customer Care's response Hi Ranjith Kumar, We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The personal loan is based on your eligibility, if you are eligible in the future you will receive a confirmation message. At that time you can log in to your ZestMoney profile and view under the account section the personal loan tab, the loan amount will be visible and you can apply for it. If you have not received a confirmation, then we are sorry that you are not yet eligible. Thank you and regards Team ZestMoney. | |
