[Resolved] Zestmoney — regarding fraud done from your side | |||||
My name is pooja rai and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I have downloaded your app from playstore and in this under customer review your executive has mentioned one email id which is billing. [protected]@gmail.com for 24 hours instant help. And yesterday 11/10/2018 he mailed me and ask for my mobile number and otp in order to approve the nach document so i gave him. He ask me for two times and i given the otp and then he said that mam its automatically created flipkart voucher and when you receive plz let us know first ans we will convert it into your credit limit. But when i asked to my friends she said there is no such mail id billing. [protected]@gmail.com of zestmoney and then i also saw on your website there is no such email id mentioned. I request you to please cancel this voucher of 36000 because i don't need this as of now and i know you can cancel it because it is still under process and i haven't got any confirmation mail regarding voucher approve so please cancel the voucher of 36000 i have not created it.
