[Resolved] Zestmoney — voucher not yet received | |||
Hi, i have got the credit limit of 12, 000. I have uploaded the nach 10 days before. Daily they are asking me to wait for 24 hours. Their customer services is worst. I have never seen such a customer services who give false information ad fake promises to its customers. They dont even know to reply the messages properly. If they are not sure about the time they should not tell me to wait for 24 hours. Daily i am checking me the mail and connecting them in the chat and asking them about the status and they are saying it will be generated in 24 hours and it is maximum time. One time they even said to wait for 3 hours to escape from my questions. Later i got to know that they said it just to escape from me as after 6 their customer care don't work. Their customer care number also dont work. It is really a bad expereince with this one. Was this information helpful? | |||

My voucher is not approved from last 10days nach is already provided another all documents are approvbed my register no. is [protected] and mail id is [protected]@gmail.com
