Hello,
A loan account from zestmoney has been wrongly reported to CIBIL and is not being rectified instead of repeated followups. I took a loan from zestmoney for 39, 999 and cancelled it immediately. Even then there is an overdue of 833 marked on my cibil report.

I have also raised a dispute on Transunion CIBIL.

I have contacted the customer care numerous times via email regarding this same issue but it hasn't been resolved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and get it resolved as soon as possible.
