Ziffy Homes — refund of security amount

I had such a worst experience with ziffy homes. This company took the entire amount of rent and security along with move-in charges on my first day of move-in and the very next day in the morning, they sent a mail that the property needs to be vacated by the end of the month. I had not even properly unpacked my luggage and they had given such an intimation. Upon calling them, no one picked the call. After so many days, they intimated that the owner of the property has sold the property to someone else due to which the property needs to be vacated.

I sent them numerous emails and called them, but no revert was made by them on a timely basis and after sending 5-6 mails, they used to revert that they are looking into the matter, however no person took the issue in hand.

I am now following up on my security amount from the past 1 month, however, till date no such positive response has been received and everytime they say that they have allocated a representative in this matter who is looking into the issue.

I really request you to kindly look into the way this company is frauding their clients and after moving in the property and payments made by the client, they dont even answer a single mail or call from the customer.
