We were unhappy about your service.. Very worst service. No mailresponse and sms response.
We are not getting our most channels and i complained to customer care on and they said to me that some alignment problem and dth box problem and these are their technical problems and it will solve free of cost (New box installed and dish alignment) as per they requested i filed a complaint to the respective mail id. And there were no response to the mail.. And again and again i called to customer care no response from their side till today a call from zing customer care they said an amount of rs.450 need to change this dth box, the complaint is still pending i can not see many channels that i paid. Till the date
