Zingoy — fraud using zingoy and paytm

I have raised a ticket #210608 with zingoy regarding one of the issue where one fraudster has used my paytm to purchase from their site. I tried to call several times to the customer care number but no response. They didn't stoped order made from site with order id: 5675602 and transaction id: [protected] and the fraudster who did this uses this no +91 [protected]. I have complaint to paytm also but they are also not able to contact zingoy. Please take action against zingoy because people are using it for fraud. Thanks!

i just had similar frauds, no one cares... I'm deleting paytm right now because they are culprit not zingoy. They made it so easy for others to get you paytm account access. It is not a bank doing banking things without giving you security on your money.
They also dont have plan B as compare to other banking frauds.

@Soli Tude I think the fraudster might have asked you for the OTP. Every ecommerce or payment app warns us not to give otp to any without knowing everything. Then also i[censored] are sharing OTP then its our fault not of paytm or zingoy.

Same is just happened with me yesterday, someone somehow wiped out my entire paytm balanc of 1700. And no one cares to act. And zingoy & paytm have no such security regarding this.. Also they jus do care about their business, not our losses. Thats why they don't try to improve their security instead of trying something.. Loss is loss, and trust over online companies have been gone now.

Also police in India, will never get to know how these fraudster doing such crimes daily because police of india not even trying to sort it thats what i believe after talking with police officer.
