Zingoy — gift card is not working

My email id registered with zingoy.com is [protected]@gmail.com. I bought a flipkart gv of 5000 from zingoy.com on 10th september. I added this gv in my flipkart account and placed the order. But after one day flipkart has deactivated that gv and say me to contact zingoy against this. I mailed zingoy many times but they didn't replied. I tried to call them but unable to contact them. I tried to contact them on fb and twitter also but they didn't relying from 10 days. My order id is #1665722. Please help me and take a serious action against zingoy

Updated by Dubey@123 Zingoy is not receiving call and also they are not replying on email. A serious action should be taken against zingoy for this type of fraud

I purchased 3 gift card for zingoy each Gift
Card cost rs200 total rs600 but then I redim this coupon code on Paytm then Paytm apps write the coupon code already used...but I have not received paytm balance on Paytm...pls help me... Zingoy is fraud...
Pls.pls...help me...
