Yesterday i have made order with you for the purchase of amazon vouchers worth rupees 2750. After sometime i get notification that my transaction is failed, but my bank account is debited for it. I want to know the refund status and exact time to which i will get my money back. I need my money asap. My zingoy order id is 7887111 and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
