It is to inform all to be aware of online products from zipshop.in as they are simply cheating people by claiming to offer branded products, in this case it was a (B. O. S. E. Soundlink mini ii wireless bluetooth speakers (Carbon) b. O. S. E. Soundlink mini ii wireless bluetooth speakers (Carbon) by slashing the price by 80% from rs.16, 200.00 to rs.3299.00 Accordingly, i had ordered the product on march 4th, 2018 and the same was delivered on 10th march 2018 by courier company delhivery. On opening the package, it turned out that the product sent was a fake unbranded product made in china. This is a clear case of cheating by zipshop.in. Further, their contact number is not valid anymore. Shall be grateful if you can resolve this issue and bring teh culprits to book so that more people are not cheated by this company. Been cheated by Zipshop.in and Newgen Digitech India Sharad Vihar, Karkardooma, Delhi 110289 today. Instead of original BOSE speakers received duplicate Chinese speakers. This is a scam operation which is happening under various names and companies. I am taking legal action on this company if I don't get s refund in 10 days.

They r cheater. I buy a boss Bluetooth speaker from this online shop. But after open the parcel I saw that the brand and product is fully different.for many times I want to contact their customer care service but they are switch off their phone number. All the contact number are false.they are open the online business for cheating the customer.
