, I am Yogeshwar Dutt, and my office is in zirakpur, today my friend was riding my bike and got challan at zirakpur at 'K' area round about, he was not carrying RC with him, Mr Lekhraj ji asked for RC and my friend called me through phone, i reached there with in 10 minutes and showed all documents which was complete but Mr. Lekhraj ji was asking us for bribe of 500 rs, we denied to give, so he did challan us for11. w/o Rc and 40. obstructing misbehavior, so i want to know that what is happening to them. Sir, now days we are not afraid of thieves, snatchers, we are afraid of Punjab Police. Whenever an officer stops us for checking i always got afraid even i have all complete documents but i cant give bribe.what should i do sir please assist me, my friend also tried to record his voice but officer snatched the cell phone.
