Zivacart — running a scam to cheat people

They call repeatedly and lure customer to buy any product of 799/- or above. They talk so convincingly and make you believe that the customer won a lucky prize. They declare three big gifts and ask to pay only gst, which will be refunded. Once the customer pay gst (Around 10k)..in name of verification of account they ask you to pay more around 20k.. This is s big time fraud company. Callers identify themselves as amrita, aditya, manjeet, mohit, sanjay etc. They don't pick your call if you ask for refund. If you call from a new number. They will politely acknowledge everything but will say file is under process. They will never refund anything. They pose like big company and always quote names of various department like custom care department, verification department, refund department, authorising department etc.. Please do not pay or shop here. They don't even deliver the product you buy.
