Zivame — didn't receive refund

I had returned a product to zivame through a courier service since reverse pickup is not available in my pincode. The courier service shows that the parcel is delivered but got no confirmation or refund from zivame. I had emailed to the customer service but they are not responding well asking me to wait for them to confirm. But even after 3 days they have not responded.
