Zivame — not received a prepaid order | |||
I'd placed my order on 9th september 2019 but its 17th feb 2020 i haven't received it yet. From 20th september 2019 it is showing out for delivery but i haven't got it yet neither a call from your end. Few days back i also raised the concern but no response. Its is a prepaid order. I tried to call customer care may times but everytime it said busy with another customer. This is my first and last experience with zivame. My order id is 77245932.
