Zivame — need my zivame coins to account number

I returned my zivame products... It's worth of rupees 1143.. And refunded to the zivame coins... I need the money to my account number which is there in my zivame account... And there is no option to send the money to account number from zivame store... Please see this issue and show the solution to get my money back to my specificed account number..
Please update the option in zivame app that's helps a lots of people... Not everyone are rich to buy and keep them in your store...
I hope you will give me the solution for this.
