[Resolved] Zomato — 144.50 money deducted & didn't get refund | |||
Zomato has deducted 144.50 money from my account but they didn't confirm the order. When i checked with them on chat support, they said the order was not confirmed hence they have refunded the 144.50 amount and should be refelcted within 4-5 business days in my account. Later suddenly, after an hour they saying they have confirmed the order again... I kept asking that refund my money only as i don't want this order (I already had my dinner that time since it's been too late & i was sure that zomato didn't confirm the order & refunded my money as they said over chat support) but their terrifying services continued & they delivered it to someone else at my flat in my absense & saying i have got the food. I need my money 144.50 refuned asap. Attaching the screens of proof. Was this information helpful? | |||
