Zomato — About my termination and need to re join

Hello sir iam gopikrishna . Working as a jomato delevery partner in banglore. I am the person has completing orders within a time, and has good rating .
But my is has been terminated at 2019 .
I tried lot of to re join and every month visiting to office, but they saying only you are terminated from delhi office . We are not able to activate your id . Let's cantact delhi office then it wi be clear!

Iam the person only earning in my home, 6 members depending on me . Please activate my id respected sir/madam .
